Organisational and technical security measures have been taken to protect all of our websites against the risks present in processing personal data. What kind of data we gather and why?
Data provided by you
We process the personal data voluntarily provided to us (name, phone number, e-mail address and in some cases) for the contractual processing of ticket orders, for carrying out the transport and on request for opening a customer account. We need this data to create a valid booking and get it confirmed successfull by the coach carrier, to send you the travel documents and confirmation or to contact you in case of a change of your travel. Only the data required to carry out the bus trip is passed to the responsible coach carriers.
In case of booking and starting a payment transaction, to avoid abuse we'll save your IP address and provide it to the appropriate payment provider. To complete the transaction the payment provider may ask you for some additiona data - we don't have access to this date and it is not under this policy. We don't have access to your credit card number, we don't know it in neither moment of the booking or payment and we'll never ask you such a question. Currently we are working with the following payment providers, but this may change in the feature:
Automatically collected data
When visiting our website, small pieces of information is stored in the form of cookies on your browser and are sent to our server with each request. Cookies are small text files that enable us to provide you with a better service. They are manged on your computer, hava a validity period from couple of minutes till years and are needed to implement the functionality of the website or to enable some external tool, provided by third parties.
